Pelatihan Manajemen Proyek dengan Critical Path Method Jasa Digital Imaging Eyelinx Indonesia di Bogor

Abstract

The digital imaging industry faces challenges in project management due to the increasing number of client requests and strict project deadlines. Eyelinx Indonesia, as a small and medium enterprise (SME) operating in the digital imaging service sector, experiences difficulties in systematically planning and controlling project workflows. The purpose of this community service activity was to improve project management understanding among the management and employees of Eyelinx Indonesia through training using the Critical Path Method (CPM). The activity involved the management and employees of Eyelinx Indonesia as active participants and was conducted in four stages: observation for needs identification, preparation of training materials, project management training, and evaluation. Using a participatory approach, the training activities included observation of work processes, identification of project activities, development of a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), construction of network diagrams, and analysis of critical path determination using the CPM method. The results of the activity indicated an improvement in participants’ understanding of the CPM method and their ability to organize and manage project activities more efficiently. This program is expected to assist Eyelinx Indonesia in enhancing project management effectiveness and improving the quality of services provided to clients.
